Procurement Director North America (Food Services)

This dynamic and inspiring organization is looking for an experienced Procurement Director with a proven track record for establishing strategic category plans and processes that adhere to policy and process guidelines for business and regulatory requirements.
Reporting into the Director of Food Services, this position’s primary responsibilities include: driving supplier development plans that result in favorable commercial and market outcomes for the business; spend analytics; market analysis; developing sourcing strategies for assigned categories; and leading sourcing teams to achieve their objectives and results. In addition, this position will be required to support the implementation of new suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing relationships for all suppliers in the respective spend categories, and for ongoing joint business planning, the establishment and tracking of robust performance KPIs, and developing innovation and productivity initiatives. They will also be responsible for embedding the policies and procedures of the Procurement governance model across their respective business or team, and complying with the organization’s policies.
