Nirmal
Kalsey and Diana Spellman, the two founding directors of Partners in
Purchasing, have gained over 20 years combined purchasing experience in a
variety of catering institutions, both as operators and as
purchasing specialists.
Both
directors gained most of their experience in hospitality roles
within the City and West End with leading contract companies.
Post
graduate education and senior management roles led them to realize
they could provide a high quality bespoke service with no
compromises to organizations whose priority was efficiency and
transparency.
Nirmal has now moved into full time education and Diana has taken over the role of sole Managing Director
supported by a team of highly experienced operational and professional purchasing Managers.
